I see the username attached to demattio@gmx.at is still: _Anita_7

You should be able to login with that username/email and password combination. No name change has yet happened.

I am happy to help you change your username. However, it'll have to be something else then Anita_7 and that abides to the new naming regulations.

OMG! That really sucks! I dropped the _ at the end of mine with no troubles. So this confounds me. I sure hope you get it resolved soon sis!!! *hugs*

as maybe all of you had that post about delete (change) your name without _

at the beginning I unfortunately did ! I changed from _Anita_7 to Anita_7 ...

It was accepted !! BUT !!! Since then i CANNOT LOG IN ANYMORE !!!!!

WTF !!! I wrote a mail to utherverse Support but I guess it will take time until they answer. cannot log in with Name (old or new ) also NOT with Email !!

I'll stay in touch with you here at our Forum !! I AM UPSET !! really
