There is a proposal by a Member to create a "Hall of Fame" in the Noir Palace. To get some "fields" for which some ladies or members excel and let people vote as an open procedure for a period of 3 months. The winners will get an intagible or tagible reward by the Noir Palace management. Examples:
"Noir Forums Veteran", "Noir Palace Peacebird" (my word), "BELLA Saint" etc.
So we need:
- titles or fields
- period of valid
- reward proposals
- setup voting system (to exclude multiple votes, to get transparency, reliability)
