Nice Christmas view!
Homemade sciachiatta and pizza. Sciachiatta - pronounced Sca-chada -is kind of like a calazone, but with a potato & sausage filling (with some garlic, onions and sauce, of course). We've done other fillings in the past, broccoli, or spinach, but with this years reduced participation, just made the one.
Dont sweat i missed it too and i guess we're having Christmas Eve left overs for tomorrow
